Holly Perkins is at the top of her game. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, women’s strength expert, and speaker, she’s the author of Lift to Get Lean, a woman’s guide to fitness and training. She’s also a contributing writer for numerous magazines including Women’s Health, Prevention, SELF, Shape and Fitness. She’s trained some of the world’s most famous names and has appeared in a slew of exercise videos, on HSN, E! Entertainment and Extra. In 2015, Holly launched her Women’s Strength Nation movement to broaden her fitness community and show women everywhere a way to the body they want.
A fitness lover from an early age, Holly attended Penn State University and received a B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. Her love of big city culture led her to New York, where she started her career as a personal trainer. Twenty-five years later, a true passion for helping people turned Holly into an established expert in the health and fitness industry.
